SPEAKER_04

You're now listening to a Putin Dose of Three with your hosts Linda, Jasmine, and Kathy, and we're here to bring you your weekly dose. Hey guys, welcome back. This is a continuation of last week's episode.

SPEAKER_01

It's happening, right?

SPEAKER_03

Because it's like it's happening, it's real. It's right. But then I then I told myself I'm like, okay, this this anxiety is a problem for tomorrow. Today we're gonna relax and tomorrow we're going to get started on this.

SPEAKER_01

But yeah, I think I I'm gonna look into like a day because I feel like I've done like okay, not past April, but I feel like I'm like, eh, like I because I don't have like a said day, it's kind of like I could just push it, I could just push it. No. So yeah, I think I'm gonna start looking at dates um either tonight or Tuesday, and then try to like figure it out like what's what's going to to happen. Because yeah, when I started studying, I was so excited because I I even bought like a new notebook and everything, and I was like, ooh, I'm excited. Like I'm such a nerd.

SPEAKER_03

That's so funny. I am too. I bought myself markers and I was like, ooh, different colors for different like the the purple will be um, I was like, the purple will be diseases, the blue will be symptoms, the red will be do not forget.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, it always starts not to be the Debbie the Debbie Downer, but it always starts off that way and it really keeps off that way. Four days, like it took four days for me to be like I'm entering depression, but in the beginning you're gonna stay organized.

SPEAKER_03

I did those four days where four days plus hours, but like forget these markers. So gone. So that's why I messaged my friends and like, no, like we're not gonna go there, we're going to um change our environment and get a little bit of a fresh air. Because doing the same thing over and over, it's gonna get exhausting. So yeah.

SPEAKER_04

It does, it does. And I know for you, for a while, your study area has been in your home because he's like, You love your home, you love staying at home. But I do suggest you to start going out to a coffee shop because I can't, I there were some moments where I enjoy staying at home because I didn't have to get ready. I had everything in the comfort of my home. I didn't have to worry about when I go to the bathroom, who's gonna watch my belongings. Like that's what I hate when going to a coffee shop. But when you go to a coffee shop and you see everyone else around you focus and studying, that kind of pushes, that pushed me to also stay focused. After a while, that gets a little boring too when you go to a coffee shop daily. But I think you should get out of your house, Jasmine.

SPEAKER_03

No, for sure. I will. And I'm gonna go Monday. The reason why I haven't gone is because um, you know, like when you're you love your house. No, no, no. No, I just it's like I don't really want to talk about this, but you know when you're on your cycle, you just don't want to do not like leave the house. So that's why. But on Monday, I'm gonna I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna go. I'm gonna try. Monday, Monday, Monday, Monday, Monday.

SPEAKER_04

Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Yep. Um, any other um update?

SPEAKER_03

What else? Um, so you know, now that I'm gonna be starting rotations, it's um it it could be like a little bit scary. And don't don't get me wrong, I am a little scared. A little. Um, but I talked to one of the doctors because they had like a meeting greet with some of the doctors, um, so that we can get to know some of them. And you know, I just started asking her questions like, oh, like how do you suggest I prepare? Um, and things like that. She gave me really good advice and she just told me, which they were things I already had in my mind, but like hearing it from the doctor and one of the doctors who's actually going to be, you know, precepting our rotations and things like that. Um, I guess it helped solidify that more in in my I guess in my in my brain. But basically she was saying to not be so hard on on ourselves that the doctors know that we're like some of us, it's gonna be our first time in this setting and that you know we're gonna be making mistakes and that's normal. And and and that's the thing that I put in my head to like I'm gonna make mistakes, I'm not perfect. But I want to, what can I do to learn from that? And she said that's perfect, that's like the mentality you need to have. Like, how are you gonna you know get past that mistake or that that um whatever that problem may be? So that's one of the things that like I'm trying to repeat to myself now because I know when I'm in the moment, I may not take my own advice. You know how sometimes it's just you get like your your you let your emotions uh take lead instead of like your oh my god, why can't I think of it? You you let your emotions take over, right? And so I just want to keep repeating that to myself because when I'm in that situation, I don't want that to happen. Um, but I'm really excited because I know I'm gonna learn so much. Um, you know, I I hear you, Linda, and you, Kathy, and how you guys talk about working and I can see how you guys are developing as professionals and like the things you're learning, and you know, because you only learn so much from the books, but you really do learn a lot from actually physically working in the field, and so I'm excited to do that. It's been a while since I've actually done that. Um, it's it's been almost two years since I've actually worked as an EMT, so it's been a long time. So I'm really excited, and um, they were saying, like, you know, like, oh, um for Obi-Gyne, we do a suturing shop, and I was like, Great, and then I looked, but I'm like, oh no, but I have surgery first. She goes, Yeah, I don't know if they do a suturing shop. So like I was talking to my classmate and I was like, let's buy suture suture kits and we're gonna like start learning how to suture, and so it's like little things like that, you know, that are very different from you know, like, oh, like, did you read the chapter, right? So it it'll be very different, but I'm excited. Not so excited to leave my home. Um, because I love being here, like you said, but I think it'll be a a good change. So I'll I'll let you guys know how it goes uh when I'm in the trenches.

SPEAKER_01

Please do. I'm excited. I feel like for me, being more um like in clinicals, and for me, that was like the exciting part for me. Because I'm like, okay, now I get to put to practice what I learn, and then even like I like we were I don't know what what we were discussing before, like sometimes the book could say one thing, but sometimes in practice you need to think on your toes and like, well, we don't have this. Well, maybe we could just make it work like that, like you know, just um kind of like shifting from school and the books to like real life, it's exciting, and then you get to also kind of like um learn how to like think in the spot and change things in the spot, and that's I don't know, that's it, that's exciting for me. So I'm I'm excited to hear your um your stories and what you gain for it, and like yeah, I'm excited for you.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, for me too, the hands-on portion was like my most favorite because I get very bored with just like reading and stuff. I like to actually be hands-on, that's the way I learn the most. So clinical experience, or clinical, y'all know is a little traumatizing, but actually talking and seeing patients, that's where I enjoyed the most because now I'm actually trying to apply the knowledge that I learned in the classroom and like on like patients. And now that I've been in my fellowship for a year now, which is crazy, that's gonna be another whole nother discussion and topic. But being in my fellowship and like working as a nurse practitioner for a year now, and it's I got to apply everything. And then again, like Kathy was saying, you weren't you learn one thing in the book, but it's different in the hospital or in the clinic or actually patient patient care. And one thing too, I'm excited for you, Jasmine, is when you start your clinicals, you're also going to be around providers like other doctors, and they'll teach you ways that they do things. You know, it may not be it, it doesn't necessarily the only way, but they teach you like how they do things. And that's one thing I learned because in school, I was taught taught for an example, when you get when you order like an x-ray or something, say of the arm, you always do bilateral, bilateral everything because you want to do a comparison. But in the clinic, when I was working with the doctor, he was like, Why would you do bilateral? Like, don't do only one because um you're you don't need to do bilateral. But there's another doctor there, and he's like, No, you always do bilateral because you need the comparison. But then my the other doctor was like, Why would you do bilateral? And only the patient's only complaining about the right elbow, not the the left elbow.

SPEAKER_03

So please, what if they were born with like a different like the deformity that you didn't know they had, or I don't know. That was the problem.

SPEAKER_04

Exactly. So I personally do I do bilateral, um, because you like you never know, but it's just like you just get to see how different queen exactly, how different, different providers, how they work. And he does certain labs, and he was like, Why would I do all these labs? And da-da-da. And then and then other doctors like, no, you do all these labs. So that's that's one thing that I do enjoy seeing how other people practice and then figuring out what works for me.

SPEAKER_03

You know what? I'm I'm happy you said that, Linda, because I've had like I have friends who are uh one year ahead, and they were telling me that one of the things that was most exhausting was because we are gonna be switching places every three weeks. Um so every three weeks you're gonna be with a new team, and like I mean, that's hard, right? Like meeting new people, getting acquainted, and all that. But on top of that, everyone's gonna teach you something different, like it'll be different each way. And so they were telling me that that's it can be kind of exhausting because you think you're doing it right, and then the other person tells you you're doing it wrong. But instead of looking it that way, it's what is the best way that fits for you? And I didn't think of it that way. Um, I thought of it more in a negative standpoint, and so now that you say it that way, it takes away that fear that I would have had, or that like anxiety that I would have had going into it, and now I see it differently. So now I'm like, what works good for me? So thank you.

SPEAKER_04

Exactly. What works good for you? What is best for the patient, and what is like research-based wise, like provided care. Um, yeah, you learn a lot, and then you may get confused too because I'm assuming you will be um someone would be precepting you. Um, but like when I had trouble is like one doctor, there's a certain labs that he does not like to draw. So, and then the other doctor, he likes those labs. So I have to remember, I'm like, well, well, with this doctor, I know not to order vitamin D, T S H, um, and TB because he doesn't like that. The other doctor, he wants the whole panel done. Me now, when I when I'm practicing, why not get the whole panel done? Like the whole basic uh basic panel done. But hey, it's for each other.

SPEAKER_03

You know what's funny? I um I like I I get on TikTok and I do have like a lot of med students, so they'll be telling me, like, you know, and it was funny. One of the med students was like, a bit of advice for your rotations. Get yourself a notebook and put each doctor's likes and dislikes. That is so true.

SPEAKER_04

I didn't think about getting a freaking notebook, but that is true. Because you're gonna you're gonna see that a lot of the providers, the doctors, they're gonna clash, they're gonna have different just different ways to do things. And you're you're gonna get confused. So, yes, get yourself a notebook and put the dislikes and likes in there.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, because not even just like the way they they do things, also documenting. Like some of them document different than the other one, because it happened to me when I was um doing practical uh practic like clinics as an MP. Like one provider like it a certain way and the other one will like it another way. So I was like, like, so it would be kind of confusing like what they want for it. And so I'll get confused, and I'll like sometimes I mix them, and then that's when I'll like get yelled at, and I'm like, oh, I hate this. But that's a good tip. Like, yeah, having like all a notebook and with notes that way you know what to do for each um provider will be like really helpful.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, no, I I think that was a good idea. Although sometimes I get a little annoyed that there's too much med stuff going on because I'm like, I got on here to relax, I didn't come on here to to do more work, but it is very helpful seeing those tips.

SPEAKER_04

So, yeah, you're definitely gonna be doing more work, more work. Um then because they know that you're um like training, they're gonna give you more, even more work. Because even me as a like though I was working as a provider, technically I'm in a fellowship and I had a preceptor. At one point, he had a full patient panel. He looked at the panels, like, oh, you've seen all these patients before. You can you can see them, you can see all of them. Like, sir, you still working. You take some of these patients too. I don't want your whole patient panel. Of course, I didn't say that. I'm like, oh yes, sir, I'll do it. But it's like, why do I have to see all your patients? These are your patients, like they're not my I'll take a few, but you don't have to give me your whole panel. But when you're a student or when you're training, you just go with the flow.

SPEAKER_03

That's all you can do. That's all you can't do. Go with the flow and cry later. Yeah, yes. No, but yeah, I'm excited, and um, there's a lot, there's a lot to learn and a lot to do, but um I'm excited. This is going by really fast, so I'm just like you said, trying to literally go with the flow and try not to think too much into it. Cause I think when you think too much into it, that's when the anxiety starts to pop out and things like that. So yeah, that's where I'm at with life.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I don't know if you want to close this episode or Kathy. Do you have any because you're done with school, so you just basically work and uh study at this point.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I'm bored. Like there's like my my life is boring right now because um it's just like studying and working and dealing with work drama. Um, what else?

SPEAKER_03

Bro, when you said you were bored, I was like, you need to study.

SPEAKER_01

No, like my life is boring at the moment. Yeah, yeah, and then also trying not to stress because of debt. Because I'm like, I need to start paying these loans in June.

SPEAKER_04

Debt is gonna be there. Oh, I will teach you. Um I know I need to prefer them.

SPEAKER_01

I need to talk to Linda on my sensei because I'm stressing conditions.

SPEAKER_04

Defer, defer, defer, defer, defer. Because I was like, um, yeah, y'all, they estimated me to pay like four four thousand over four thousand a month.

SPEAKER_03

Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow.

SPEAKER_04

Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah. I know I'm like, have you seen like the way life is? Have you seen my checks? Does it look like do I either pay like you, or do I pay my food, or do I pay my son's school?

SPEAKER_03

You're not alone. I think a lot of Americans are actually in that boat. I remember seeing a video, and the lady was saying like her her monthly would take a majority of her paycheck. And I was like, And she was paying it off for years and years and years, like it was raising.

SPEAKER_04

And she's probably just paying off the interest rates. That's another thing that pisses me off.

SPEAKER_03

Exactly. She was just paying off the interest, yeah, exactly.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so yeah, that's what my life consists of. And I try not to stress about it, especially with um the debt part, because I have an issue with debt. So, like, it just triggers me and it just stresses me out. And I'm just like, okay, it's gonna be like a tomorrow's problem. I'll I'll talk to Linda later, I'll figure it out, just breathe. Like, we'll figure it out, we'll figure it out. But then it's just always like right there in the back of my mind, and then that's why I'm like, okay, I need to take a test because I need to get a job, because I need to get paid more, because expenses are going up, and it just is crazy, girls.

SPEAKER_03

Like, honestly, Cassie, like the debt part, I don't even think about it. That does not exist. That does not exist.

SPEAKER_04

I wouldn't stress too much over it because you're you're gonna be in a in debt, you just have to accept it. Um, don't drive yourself crazy over pay because like I said, I can buy a whole house amount of based off the amount of money I owe. You think I'm gonna let that stress me out? No, because they playing, they played in our face, and they're playing in our face anyways with the whole interest fees and all these other things. So, no, don't, don't, don't overwhelm yourself. There's ways, not say ways around it. Um, but like you, I kind of want to be debt-free where I don't have a no debt at all. But in reality, I don't think that's gonna happen. I don't think that's gonna happen. So I just have to come to terms with that. Unless somebody wants to deposit some money in my bank account and pay off all my debt. I just need one wealthy celebrity, just come and pay it off for me. If I can be debt-free, but yeah, don't don't overstress at all.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, so yeah, that's one of my life. I think that's stuff. That should be like the last problem. The other things can come to the front that can go to the back. Because that's not something you're gonna be able to handle.

SPEAKER_04

No, no time soon. No time soon. Even in I know you're um looking into the HERSA. Um, listeners, HERSA's um government loan or whatever they give you to pay off a portion of your student loans, but you have to work in a non-profit, a non-profit for like about three years. That's a scam as well. It's it's it is helpful. They can like pay off up to I think like a hundred thousand, but you have to again work full-time for at least three years and then they pay it. But that money is being taxed. So I was like, you guys are not even giving out the full money because it's being taxed, like that's not even fair. So though they give you a hundred thousand, you only may get like sixty thousand or seventy thousand, which is which is not fun. And then you have to be required to work at community-based clinics, even if you don't like it and you're tied down to work in there for uh three years or more, so yeah. But one step at a time, um, I was gonna say something else, but were you done, Kathy?

SPEAKER_01

Pretty much because the other thing is work, and I can't be talking about work here.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Well, well, for me, I'll give a quick update too. Um, life update. So, as I kind of mentioned a little bit um in the episode, is like my fellowship. I've been working as a fellow um for about a year now. And so the fellowship technically is a year, so it is coming to an end. Thank God. Like I am tired. I am tired of working five days a week. It's exhausting, it's overwhelming. I'm think I'm very thankful for the opportunity because it gave me it, it just strengthened my skills of being a provider, showed me things like I do and don't want to do. Um, it showed me how it is working with having co-workers because that's another shocker. It was so many life lessons that I had to learn of being like a full-time provider. Like before, honestly, I don't think I've ever worked five days a week. Um, I didn't have to really deal with having co-workers. It was always like when I worked as a children with autism, it was just like me and the child or me plus another therapist. It was never around other co-workers. So that's work drama. As a teenager, yeah. Work drama and everything I had to learn to navigate that, you know, not being the most liked in the clinic because I was like the newbie. So everything has been a very, I take everything as a life lesson. But again, I thank God that I'm ending the fellowship and I'm now and I'm gonna do what what's best for me. Um, so I did have a conversation with the supervisor because she, of course, she wanted to know what I wanted to do next. And I was like, um, thank you for the experience. I learned a lot. I enjoyed this, I enjoyed that. I wish I had this. And I didn't, I wasn't being like trick uh completely transparent because you know, I want to leave gracefully. Whatever I do, I want to leave gracefully or whatever, transition gracefully. So my goal is to work, go down to only working there two days a week, mostly, because we still have some negotiating to do and to figure out like if that works. But I'm not, I don't want to work five days a week there because it's a lot. So I do want to work two days a week because I want to keep my knowledge that I've learned of being like a nurse practitioner in the primary care mindset and learning how to work with patients. So two days a week, so I don't lose my knowledge. But the other days I do want to focus on building like my own business and my brand. And I don't know if I've ever mentioned it on here, but I do have an interest in aesthetics. Um, and I know like there's always somebody when they hear aesthetics, they get they like roll their eyes, like other providers, they roll their eyes, like, oh, you went to school to be an aesthetic nurse or aesthetic, da da da da. Um, but for me, it's like I literally I really enjoy primary care working with patients, and I do love the beauty side. Of aesthetics. So I do want to start working on that, taking some classes to learn how to do Botox filler. Girl, etc.

SPEAKER_03

You need to hurry you need to hurry because med school is rough.

SPEAKER_04

I got you. I got you. So that's my go because again, the way healthcare is and the way having to listen to other people, I was like, I want to do some something for myself where I can make my own schedule and do what I want to do. Again, I love the primary care of things, so I don't want to leave that. So that's my goal. So, listeners, in the next few months, you'll be hearing me give more of an update of how it's going with aesthetics and aesthetic nursing. Um, yeah, because my own goal is to open up an aesthetics clinic with my sister. Um, we're trying to come up with some names. And then also for primary care, like open up a business to like my other family members that's um in mental health, um who's a doctor, who's like do like run our own practice practice around like what we want to do, and like our principal and model and all that good stuff, but adulting has been ghetto, working has been ghetto, healthcare is ghetto.

SPEAKER_03

So, you know how you mentioned you want to work in aesthetics and things like that. Tell me if you remember this. So I was telling CJ that that you were thinking about doing that, and he goes, Yeah, I told her that years ago. And I was like, I don't remember. He's like, Yeah, I told her that she should work in aesthetics. Do you remember? No, because I don't, I don't either.

SPEAKER_04

But like when he if he says that I was like, Oh yeah, I remember, but I don't remember. He he probably he probably did tell me that years ago. I just don't, I don't remember.

SPEAKER_03

I don't, I don't remember either. I'm I I I could see him saying that, but I'm just like, I don't remember that. But it's funny that now you're like thinking about that, and he was so yeah, I was like, Yeah, I know, but she's thinking about it, which is crazy.

SPEAKER_04

Yes, I am thinking about it. I'm gonna deep dive because I want to do like um like facial balancing stuff. I know, and I am planning like to travel somewhere to learn. They're really big in the UK, um, what they call like princess, like like facial balancing, like princess something, something, something. I do want to go to the UK just to experience, but I'm like, let me start a little local first before going spending that money and going to another country. Um I I am excited about that. And I'm oh, I'm excited to rest. I'm excited. I'm excited to rest some.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, I was gonna say that actually sounds really, really fun. Like it sounds really fun because I love skincare and I love so I'm kind of excited for you. And let me know what you learn because I'm really into that too. Because anything I can do because my face is dry now, and just let me know.

SPEAKER_04

I got you. Y'all gonna be my first, my first few customers and stuff um when I'm training and everything. Um, because it sounds, it sounds fun. Um, it does. It sounds really fun.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I'm happy to hear that because I feel like Linda and I had had this conversation a long time ago about all our dreams, and it's just it's I love it because when we talk about it, we're like, yeah, like my dream is to do this and to do that. And then we were like, yeah, eventually, eventually. And it's like, bro, eventually it's like now. Now and it's now, yeah. So yeah, I'm excited, and I was like, uh, because we talk a little bit about like what were your next steps were gonna be after finishing the internship, but I felt like we left the conversation like we'll like you're like, I'll see what I'm gonna do, like I'll see. And I was like, okay. So when I I heard because we haven't really like had time to like catch up and um cut up with things. So when you now said like the update, I was like, oh my god, so she's really gonna do it. And I'm excited that you're gonna do it because um I know you're hard and I know how you're gonna like really like it's gonna, I know it's gonna come through. I know it's gonna like you guys are gonna make your clinic, and I love that because I feel like the principles that your um clinic and your businesses are gonna have are like really, really nice principles. Like I know you're not gonna like I love that. I can't wait for you to open it and I can't wait for like customers to start going and everything. But I'm so happy to hear that you're you're um achieving your dreams that we talk about so many years ago.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, finally, I'm finally doing it because aesthetics has been been on my mind. But then I'm just like, for me, it's like I want to get comfortable at one thing before moving on to the next. So for me, I was like, I really need to, I want to become comfortable with being a nurse practitioner, learning as much as I can as a nurse practitioner. And then once I get a little comfortable with that, and then I can move on to the next thing, which is now the aesthetic, uh, aesthetic nursing.

SPEAKER_03

So as you should, as you should. Um I kind of agree with what Kathy was saying, because I feel like a lot of people they they're focused on certain businesses for different for for more like monetary reasons, right? But I feel like with you, it shows that you're passionate about it because you're willing to go through the steps, even though if it's gonna take you longer, right? You knew that you could have probably done it faster, but you tried to do it the right way, which is making sure that you're learning the proper steps and and you're doing it right. So, with that being said, I'm really excited for you and I can't wait to see um like your vision come to life, and I'm happy that uh you're pretty much there. So yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. I do appreciate it. But before I kind of miss, um, I did also talk to the where I'm working now, and I was like, yes, I want to go down two days a week. Uh, but before I even go down two days a week, I want a month off. Um at this point, I may ask for two months off because you know, life has been life in. And at this point, I think a month is not enough. Uh, so I did tell them like I'm not looking to transition into two days a two days a week right away. Like I need some type of break for everything because that fellowship just started right away where I feel like I did not get the opportunity to like relax and have time for myself.

SPEAKER_03

Um and on top of that, I feel like it you were in chaos going into it with everything going on, like you're with with your license and all that. So I feel like you went in kind of already stressed. So I can see that, you know.

SPEAKER_04

Yes, I definitely went in it very stressed.

SPEAKER_01

It was like around this time because I remember we're in LA around this time. Yes, it was definitely around this time.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, because I technically I started the fellowship on March 10th when I actually went in. But before then, around this time, like that's when I went to Jasmine's house because I had to go to the board of nursing. I was going to LA. Um, the whole me failing the exam, the nerd, the boys' exam in February. So it was just, I was on my anxiety, my stress has just been on go since I started nursing school. Because like I graduated December, and then I had to start right away working on studying and then transitioning to the fellowship. So I didn't have time for myself. Um, and that's one thing that we emphasized in the beginning of this episode. Um, is that put time into yourself, put time into your, you know, making sure like your mental health is good, doing things that you like to do. So I just need to like reset myself. Just reset.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, because the way I say it is if you can't take care of yourself, you definitely not be able to take care of that patient.

SPEAKER_04

So yeah, which unfortunately that's what happens a lot in healthcare, where you neglect yourself and you're just taking care of patients, building up a company, but you you're neglecting yourself. You don't realize it until way later when you start having health problems yourself or you're not in the best mindset. But yeah, you got to take care of yourself. You got to take care of yourself because you can't help nobody, you can't help yourself. Um, so for me, during that month or so that I take off, I do want to do like a retreat or go on a retreat. I was thinking like a wellness retreat or something. I know they have a lot of nice ones in Arizona that I was looking at. So I really want to go to on a like a women's retreat for a week and see, do some meditation, do spas, just recenter myself because these past five, four years has been very, very exhausting.

SPEAKER_01

Well, let us know how it goes because it sounds like fun. Um yeah, just let us know if you recommend those retreats and then we'll eventually get there one day.

SPEAKER_04

One day, one day. They're expensive. I'll let y'all know. I was like, let me sacrifice a few dollars.

SPEAKER_03

No, okay. Funny story, Linda. I was like, huh, I wonder what I kid you not. I think a week or two ago, I was like, I'm stressed. I'm like, because I was like, how I'm like, what about a wellness retreat? And I started looking, and guess where I looked? Arizona. I kid you not.

SPEAKER_04

They have a lot of good ones out that way. They do.

SPEAKER_03

And I was looking at the practice and I was like, oh, maybe this might have to wait.

SPEAKER_04

Maybe I'll just go to a spa. Yeah, exactly. Go to a spa for a day, do like a day pass and enjoy the amenities. But I feel that once you're done with med school before you enter residency, that'll be a good way to just reset before you're jumping into something else so chaotic. So, not so bad. Well, that is all for me, guys. Thank you so much for listening to a potent dose of uno dos stress. Um, we hope you enjoyed these episodes and tune in next week. Bye. Bye.
